Terms and Conditions of the WLEPTO Website

I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website operated by WLEPTO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at Brzeźnica-Kolonia 25 / 1, 64-915 Jastrowie, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

By using the website and making purchases, the user accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

The information on the WLEPTO website constitutes an invitation to submit offers and does not represent an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

III. Purchases on the Website

Prices displayed on the website are net prices (excluding VAT). Shipping costs are not included and will be added at the checkout stage.

All prices listed on the website are in Polish zloty (PLN) and in euros (€).

The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, modify the offer, or withdraw products from sale at any time.

IV. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated individually during the ordering process and depend on the chosen delivery method and delivery address.

Domestic shipping is carried out to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

International shipping – for foreign orders, please contact us via email at info@wlepto.com to obtain shipping cost information and available delivery options.

V. Payments

The Seller offers various payment methods for ordered products, including bank transfers, online payments, and other payment methods available on the website.

Payment must be made before the goods are shipped, unless otherwise agreed.

VI. Order Fulfillment

The Seller processes orders as quickly as possible, usually within 7 business days from the time the payment is received.

The customer will be informed about the status of their order, including shipment notification.

VII. Complaints and Returns

The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding products that are defective or do not match the order. Complaints should be submitted via email to: info@wlepto.com, including the order number and details of the defect.

Returns are possible in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act on Consumer Rights. Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they have not been used, are undamaged, and are in their original packaging.

VIII. Personal Data Protection

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon publication.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations shall apply.

Any disputes arising from the use of the website or order fulfillment shall be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
